Insurance package is too expensive, discount was great they reduced it they need to bring back to original. Never enough movie ticket

The benefits are not the worst. The plan rates are moderate.
The benefits package is about average.
Had good standard benefits one might expect for a large company; however, pay rate was so low, it was difficult to take advantage of many benefits.
They did not offer a great medical plan, it was 20% what you made each week just for an average plan, and we were not paid much, and never told anything before fired us all for international associates that did not speak English, or assist the customers correct. Management was messy and rude and there were a lot of prejudice people in both management and corp. There were no honest leaders and everything came as a surprise. Training maybe was 30 minutes at a time and if you did not get it and no one but management was around to assist you, you were either going to get a smart ass answer of you should have paid attention ( btw training should have been hours to explain the fact that they had a new program to learn or made changes to programs and policies for what felt like every month) or i don't really have time to help you, and they would go back gossiping and no doing their job. If you did get help from someone around you, work force was quick to come over and stop the assistance and tell you not to distract others. Helping your customers was also the biggest problem yet. If you needed a manager, you had to wait 30+ minutes just to get someone on the line just to tell you the same shit you had already said before the customer demanded a manager.
Unlimited PTO was great and used by many. Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance could be improved (very high premium). Wellness incentive offered through HSA. 401K is standard.
paid time off and holidays were very beneficial. Sick days are also separate from vacation time which is very beneficial.
AWFUL. I was hired in at part time and work over 40 hours a week. They did this because they do not want to pay for my benefits. I went along with it at first because I am still young and do not need my own insurance.
All vacation time is an allotment, meaning you have to work so many months before you start accruing enough days to actually take off. The discount for employees is only available once the employee opens a credit card with he company.
