The best thing about the benefits package at Saks Fifth Avenue is that it was good for me and for a lot of my co- workers because I had to take
Good package overall at that time. Flexible hours.
Great benefits , normal for a large company
Great and comprehensive but no help with questions and issues
medical insurance is not good
Best thing is the first dip (with discount) of every latest and high end clothes and shoes and handbag of the season. Worst thing is the stress of making goal, it's not just about your job performance but also about your livelihood. If you don't make weekly goal, you might go to bed hungry, if you don't surpass weekly goal, you will never be able to afford the things you sell. Stealing each other's customer is a daily act. Quite a toxic work environment.
HSA is helpful / premiums negotiated with insurance provider are absymal / PRO: unlimited PTO
The PTO was the best!
The company had great perks.
Health insurance is very expensive and doesn't cover a lot
