The days were almost impossible to get due to most of the hear being a " black out" date. You do not get holidays off unless it was your scheduled day off. and they will make you work that and take your day off most of the time.
Paid holidays and a system that allows one to take time off before it has accrued.
not sure what it is based on. I had like 140 hours, but many i knew had way less.
it is very Good, I have been there for 1 years now
14 days PTO including sick days for that little money a year and such bad work/life balance?! Not worth it.
I did not take vacation for personal reasons. PTO was excellent.
Paid time off is OK. There is no distinction between vacation days and sick days. Time off provided is based on years of service
Tricky system of accumulation of Paid Time Off
Every 6 months you get 1 week of PTO, so at 6 months you can use that or wait until you hit your 1 year anniversary and take 2 weeks off. Plus if you work a holiday, you get paid for it and a day off with pay.
Ample time, challenging to find time to take it
