“The health insurance was great for primary care and specialty care. Any emergency room visits were covered with no copays.”
“The discount was 40%. sometimes 56% or more on select black out days”
“The format of hours accumulated allowed for easy work life balance. You could get paid time off for a days worth of work about once a week.”
The paid time off and health coverage. They also gave 40% off some items.
The heath insurance was the worst I have ever had in any company thus far. It was expensive yet awful! I'm still getting bills from doctor visits that were supposed to be covered by Cigna but APPARENTLY were not...now I'm stuck with the bills! There is nothing to recommend regarding the benefits of this company. I hated working there and so does everyone else. Saks seriously needs to re-think their insurance coverage because it's absolutely dismal.
no retirement, decent healthy benefits, nothing special. Good discount, for sales associates commission is not good
The benefits package was top notch. No issues with the benefits package. Very comprehensive and thorough.
we no longer have onsite medical option.
The worst thing about Saks benefits is its 401K, healthcare, and overall salary compensation. The best thing was work/life balance but only for my position.
If you are a draw vs commission employee then you will regret takin taking time off for vacation because you will go into deficit and owev the store money.
benefits are very expensive and very low plan
Great 401k and new management are great
HR tries to underhire people. Management misrepresents the roles as more senior to court talent then when you get there and it's too late you realize you are in a more junior role than promised. Health benefits are not great. Pay is dismal. If you leave with a FSA balance, then FSA remainder taken by Saks and not returned.
