Good health plan, no cost to individual and includes dental and vision. 401k does not have matching. Unlimited vacation is good too. Stock options are nice.
The best part is that there is unlimited PTO, so most of the "leaves" (e.g. bereavement leave) and the snacks in the office. The worst part is that there is no 401K matching.

For a small company, it offers everything: health, life, dental, STD, LTD, 401k, etc. Only downside is there's no bonus structure for most employees and no 401k match.

High deductible health insurance, if you want disability, vision or dental you pay and it's not cheap. No 401K contribution from company. No tuition reimbursement or the like. Really -nothing other then expensive health insurance really. Clearly not trying to be know for taking care of employees needs.
Salesfusion has very affordable health care options (medical plan is covered 100% as an individual). They offer the ability to work from home when needed and there is no set number of days for PTO. Free lunch every Friday, snacks, happy hours, company sponsored events and volunteer opportunities.

Best health insurance money can buy! Free catered lunches on friday, 2 kegs in the breakroom, liquor bar, and unlimited snacks. They don't track paid time off and working from home is easy.
