Rising cost but confident that is across the industry. There are good programs for child care/health costs reimbursement but the process is clunky.
Employees are given 48 hours of paid Volunteer hours per year. This is in addition to the regular PTO provided to employees. This paid time to serve in the community (of your choice) is amazing and very impactful.
