Good benefits, maternity leave is really good
offer stock incentives instead of salary increases
I at least have insurance
lots of paid time off
The best thing was the vacation policy untyil then they took all of the vacation that you had accrued and put it in a bucket of sick time that could only be used if you were over 3 days sick ; until then you had to take time off from your vacation pay.
Nothing fancy. Just the basics. The health insurance is pretty bad - expensive, and the majority of my costs are out of pocket.
The company 401(k) match seems pretty generous and the paid time off after a couple of years there stack up pretty nicely. I've never liked the practice of combining sick time and vacation time benefits, which Sallie Mae does, although I know it's pretty universal now.
The paid company time off.
The insurance package was very flexible and easy to understand once explained. No complaints.
health, dental, vision, 401 k whats there not to like
