In addition to amazing discounts on your favorite top-brand beauty products, full-time employees also enjoy the following benefits:
401k matching, great medical, dental and vision insurance.
Part time employees get zero benefits
Benefits with options were nice. PTO was more than fair, FSA was explained to me by someone outside the company, more explanation of this benefit should be given and encouraged. Discounts are great! 401k is offered but not encouraged.
The best perk of being an employee is having a 40% discount and ability to shop at the L'Oreal company store. I work anywhere from 30-35 hrs a week but receive no benefits since I am a part-time employee, would like the ability to receive PTO for working so many hours.
The company offers an excellent 401k plan to employees and has paid time off. Very few company paid holidays are offered to employees.
Least they give you insurance but other then that they don't have any real benefits worth mentioning
Great healthcare options. 4% 401k match. Start with 3weeks paid vacation. Great benefits overall - nothing bad about it.
You don't have paid time off. You have to give two weeks notice for any vacation.
Big-company benefits. Expanded maternity leave. Employee discounts.
The best thing would be the 40% discount on store products. Besides that i don't get any benefits from working here ever. maybe if i were full time it would happen but i don't know.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
