Insurance is ok. Not a lot of choice. 401K program is nice, 4% matching.
Got paid time off, excellent maternity leave ( you get up to 12 weeks, which is longer then my previous employer)

Part time employees get zero benefits
Benefits with options were nice. PTO was more than fair, FSA was explained to me by someone outside the company, more explanation of this benefit should be given and encouraged. Discounts are great! 401k is offered but not encouraged.
