Its all available to you , but its coming out of your check . If you can afford it is a good thing. Other than that its pretty standard company stuff I don't think its the best out there and it certainly not the worse

Its tough getting holidays off because you have to ask for it months in advance. Time off in general for them isnt easy because my location had shifts ready 2 weeks in advance.

Great health insurance plan, good 401k, and you don't get paid time off unless you have worked there for 90 days.

There is no benefit as part time. I wish they hire me as full time and I probably get the benefit.

They now have certain surgeries that are 100% covered! I've been with the company 22 years and I really can't complain about the benefits. We even have a Sam's Share where at the end of the fiscal year the associates can get a check from your store making money!

Terrible health insurance with high deductibles, even smaller companies offer better insurance than this greedy company.

The health insurance covers a decent bit, as does the vision and dental. However, if youre part-time, you have to wait a year for dental and vision, and its another year to even use dental. If i remember right, its 2 or 3 years for health, but apparently they prioritize sex changes over just about anything else. If youre full-time, then its automatic, but same rules for useage. Vacation, or PTO (paid time off) is accrued based on the number of hours you work, and part timers have to work 43.3 hours in order to get ONE hour of PTO, and its like that for over 2 years. Plus, forget getting half of your requests due to "no coverage" regardless of how far in advance you give it since theyre too lazy to do their jobs. So, overall, better than nothing, but pry the worst ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
