The best thing about the benefits package is that you can receive it whether you are part time or full time.

It has a solid benefits package. One of the good benefits is the amount of paid time off. Health care benefits are average at best.

The best thing about sams club benefits is that they match your 401k after 1 year at 6%. The worst thing is that you have to wait 1 year.

The benefits pros include: Health, dental and vision. Along with Grants for adopting children. Paid Maternal/Paternal leave of absence. The con is that you can only enroll for insurance at certain times of the year

I was considered a part time employee but I worked full time hours. You have to wait a full year before you ever see any medical benefits as a part timer. Part Timer's also get no maternity leave, leave of absence and hardly any paid time off.
