Great benefits package compared to other companies. Stock share, 401K matching, membership to club, payroll deduction for plus membership.
You get lots of perks. Good, 401k, health insurance from 3 different companies, and support if you are partnered.
Great benefits. Match 6% 401K.
Job security is great and they treat employees well.
The time off sucks because it takes forever to collect a couple hours of PTO. They don't accept doctors notes either as a form of why you called out or were sick.
In comparison to other companies the cost of insurance is better. What's available to most employees is nice. Company matches 401k contributions up to 6%
401k matched up to 6%, medical for full timers comes to about $50 a month for a single non-smoker, offers vision $5 a month, dental also very reasonable, quit smoking aids, pto is earned fairly quickly. For me a 5 year full time associate I gain 1 hour per 11.82 I work up to 176 per year. Short term disability basic provided for free. Long term disability offered, accident coverage offered. $25,000 life insurance is $.70 a month
The best thing about Sam's club benefits package is the 401k plan and the worst thing is hard time enrolling in health insurance
Not really,. Unless you are full time for a year, then you can get some of your benefits. Forget about any benefits except a discounted sams club card.... You will never get full time here.. that's how they get you..
they don't care about me about you about the business the customers or the members as they might say they ust absoluely dont care how everyone is dping so yeah you tell me
