Decent medical and dental coverage. Good 401K and stock purchase matching program.

There was a 401k plan that the company contributed to even if you didn't make any contributions. This was a really nice benefit.

The company is good at working with its associates to get them the time off that they need for vacations or family issues.

The staff that worked in the administrative portions were wonderful. Friendly and easy to talk to. However, with membership you work side by side with a few other co-workers and the section supervisor was allowing workplace bullying to occur frequently by a veteran employee who has been there awhile. She was not only very ugly to other employees but was also like that to the members. I decided to leave because since I started my morale went down and the daily unnecessary actions from this individual was not worth it.

Health insurance is only available for full time. there is no employee discount. You can get a free basic membership for being employed. But if you want the plus membership, you have to pay full price out of your paycheck each pay day.

The health benefits that they offer is almost useless. Only those that make 35 hours a week that are qualified to have the benefits, however, they make sure to schedule you less than that so you won't be eligible for the health benefits.

I never get any time off. Each time I ask, it is rejected, even if it's reasonable, months ahead, and only one or two days. The schedule isn't even made at that point, but they still reject it.

The best thing is they offer you something. Most plans are high deductibles.
