Great perks! Low deductibles and high coverage. Amazing 401K plan that is fully vested within a few years. Their focus on stewardship is accurately reflected in how they take care of employees.

There are decent paid holidays, personal and sick days 401K, paternity and maternity leave, health insurance, provision of spiritual care.
The benefits are terrible. 2 weeks vacation, no carryover, no vacation between Nov and Jan. If your family doesn’t live close by, you will have a hard time seeing them on the holidays. No carryover sick days. Leftover sick days are put in a bank and you have to be hospitalized with a note to use them. No education reimbursement.

You cannot take vacation at from Thanksgiving to January 5 because Franklin spoke Dec 26 and no one was there, and his feelings were hurt.
