Haven't found another person who has better or cheaper insaurance than Samsung. 160 hrs minimum starting PTO.

The best thing about the benefits package was that it started immediately once I was hired, even for interns. The worst thing is that it is mandatory to complete package during the first week or you will be given the basic package.
The health insurance premium is very reasonable especially for employees with family. The bonus is also very consistent. 401K is good but not great.

Cannot purchase company stock options. No employee stock option plan because it is a Korean stock. General benefits are good but conservative company overall. No laptops. You have to keep everything
ten dollar discount for ordered lunch although the food quality still needs to improve. occasionally free breakfast too. height adjustable table if you want.
Best would be the medical coverage, 401k matching is vested immediately, and the amount of PTO hours annually. Worst would be the bonus structure, very confusing with constantly shifting KPI's to achieve.
The medical insurance is the best in the country, this is where Samsung got it right. Every year they go over all benefits and even give classes on which program would best suit each individual
