Accomodation was provided, and bus service to office was give. rest of the perks were not meant for interns
Generous benefits, comparable to other companies in the Austin area. Work-life balance is an issue though, so this needs to be considered when looking at the overall package.
Working here has allowed me to be insured for the first time. I really appreciate the benefits package. I just wish we could add parents or siblings onto the plan.
They give you plenty of time off, but good luck taking it when you actually want to. Holidays are blacked out.
Health insurance and time off were great, but company perks were poor
hdhp medical insurance at $16 per pay period (biweekly) 20% coinsurance $1200 contributed into HSA every year no vacation accrual from year to the next 10 paid holidays life insurance & ad&d at 2x salary 401k matching: 100% of 3% and 50% of next 2% vision plus plan available with $2000 lasik allowance great disability insurance included at no cost small fitness gym on-site
Good Benefits, lots of time off, but difficult to use. Standard 401K Plan and typical additional benefits for a large employer. Could improve on the maternity and paternity leave.
Excellent medical benefits. Never had any problems anywhere in the Austin area. No one was allowed to work from home, even if the job you had was not clean room.
They cover 90% of child birth!!!!
4% match on 5% contribution. Free medical/dental/vision on cheapest plan - which is still very good. Good bonuses. Amazing PTO - starting off at 4 weeks and increases every year up to 6 weeks.
