A good choice for health insurance plans are available for current employees, COBRA eligible, and retiree populations.
It's medical you can see the doctor regularly
The health plans offered are overpriced for their value. The Kaiser plan is more expensive than the crappy Blue Shield plan. Forget having affordable options for dependents. There are a lot of county employees who are also on welfare because the wages and benefits aren't that great - unless of course you are upper management.
Full coverage is the best but not a lot of choices in insurance companies and it might be expensive for employees with children.
