It's better than some places. But since they cannot pay according to cost of living, I'd hope they'd raise the amount of PTO earned.

Offered good accrual of leave for vacation and sick. Sick pay is not considered earned compensation, but vacation is.

After a certain amount of work hours, it is generous but getting to that point can take awhile.
First to fourth year two weeks; fourth year to ninth year three weeks; nine plus four weeks. Plus fourteen days holiday and 88 hours sick with no maximum accumulation
Their vacations and sick time plans are good. Although they should increase the time accrued a little on both.
