The Pay Scale at the SDCRAA increases the longer you are there. Other benefits such as medical are applied for people who are hired for a full-time position, but there is a sort of 'nest egg' that the company pays into IF you have worked for them for more than 5 years, and then you receive it at the end of your career.
If you're a regular full time employee, the benefits are great. However, as an intern you have very little or no benefits.
The employee wellness program is innovative and comprehensive. Certainly the focus was nutrition and physical well-being, but the employee excitement and the management support of the program made for a program that improved emotional well-being. Made for a very enjoyable and fun work environment overall.

Very good benefits, except they lowered them for recent hires -- took away their retiree health benefits.
