Great benefits! Medical coverage includes immediate family members (spouse and children); the district pays the insurance premiums. This offsets what is sometimes less competitive salaries.
I can't think of a negative right now.
Basically 100% coverage with ZERO cost to the employee except for reasonable co-pays.
Good base salary and other packages were also acceptable. Perks, Paid time off, bonus package, pension package. Retirement 401K contributions also available.

The benefits are the best part of this job, they pay full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and more. Only negative I can think of is the district is wanting to make employees pay for it since theyre budget isn't where they want it.
