    Pension Plan is adequate. Also recently adopted an opt-out retirement plan that automatically invests 1% (or more if you decide) Bad part is pension great, but only if you plan on retiring there

    Pension which is very rare these days. I think people underestimate it's value because it takes some out of their paycheck. Only issue is terms keep getting worse for new employees, while people who got in early got more generous packages, then turned around and negotiated worse ones for people later on to make sure their earlier ones are funded.
