SanDisk offers health insurance to employees, their dependents and domestic partners. Coverage starts on the first day of employment and choices of plans range from PPO, EPO and HMO options.
The insurance is High deductible insurance with an HSA. This works for me because I'm healthy, but if there is an accident out of state or heaven forbid someone in my family needed cancer treatment out of state we could be on the hook for $8000 per year. Employees who have Diabetes or other health issues essentially took a paycut when this insurance was implemented because their expenses went way up.
Benefits package is in line with industry trend. Great free onsite gym with tons of great classes. Basket, volley and soccer courts.

Low payments and good coverage, lots of options to choose from. All the three, medical, dental and eye are covered by low out of pocket plans
It's been pretty good for my needs. Deductibles' were manageable for me.

It was fine. We went with the more expensive PPO plan which is covers our doctors. It was fine.
