Novartis contributes a lot to your 401k. My retirement has grown greatly because of them.
Health insurance options are relatively good, with PPO and HMO plans for employees. Yearly raises during performance reviews and bonuses given out to yearly.
Generous pay and benefits including company matched 401K as well as additional 401K base contribution
Great 401k matching, 100% rx coverage, great medical and dental, tuition reimbursement, unlimited sick, generous PTO and vacation
Company match 401(k); stock options
None, great benefits and perks, enjoyable
Lots of company perks, discount plans, and low premiums. High deductibles and co-pays for health insurance
I do not use the health and wellness benefits yet hear they are great and affordable for a family. I do use the tuition reimbursement and this is amazing, $8k a year! this was a must for me and one of my deciding factors on taking the job, also there is a week off after Christmas that is paid!
Pay is very competitive and leave is fair
Benefits are generally good, particularly medical and retirement.
