Best thing: Life balance, excellent management, 401k match, competitive compensation package. I was layed-off and they found me a wonderful role within the company and had I lost my job completely then the severance package would have been very generous.
private insurance quite good, parental leave of 14 weeks any parenting situation, good or bad: bonus equalized for all (exceptional will become exceptional, all get 100% rating ~ no high/low performers any longer)
