retirement account is matched 2 to 1 which is amazing. Family (maternity) leave is not paid. They graciously allow you to not work for up to 12 weeks without pay, so you have to use state programs for disability or family bonding leave which only pays 60% of salary.
They offer a PPO plan
Salary not great. Health and retirement good (2:1 match up to 5% after 1 yr vested). Maternity or Paternity leave none need to take family medical leave.
Retirement match is quite good.
