You must use your own accrued hours for required holiday time.
The worst part is using your own PTO for holidays
Fast accrual from day one, based on hours worked, PTO covers everything so if you stay healthy you have more vacation time.
Earned and used PTO for paid time off
Lots of time off, but can't always take it when you'd like.
They had a generous vacation policy.
It's ok, you get 23 days a year
Sanford does not pay for "paid Holidays" as it is deducted from your accrued PTO... they don't pay for overtime either as you are forced to take additional time for lunch or come in late... taking off early at the end of the day is unacceptable!
Very poor, must give 2 months advance notice and that is still not guarantees to get you the time off
Great paid time off with flexible scheduling to accommodate vacation and sick day requests.
