Insurance cost increasing but not salary
Company went to high deductible for all employees. All Dr visit are paid out of pocket till you reach your deductible. For a family its very expensive.
Best: Reasonable rates and good insurance overall. Anything over 1.5k, you pay 20% and over 4k you pay nothing at all which is much better than area insurance offerings. Sanmina kicks in about 15 bucks a week (for your $1) into an HSA which is pretty good about paying out. Worst: They make you burn your vacation pay for "lack of work" excused absences. I don't mind because I'd rather not work if there's nothing to do, but if you're hoping to take a pre-planned full week off at some point, prepare to work there a few years to earn that privilege.
