Average rate. Typical time off for first few years before PTO rate increases
Standard in general. 2 weeks PTO vacation plus 1 week sick pay. 9 usual holidays off, paid IF you're hired on direct.
Paid time off is usually best for whichever shift you have the most higher ups on. The other shifts don't get taken care of so well.
Use it as soon as you can. Unable to roll over all vacation and sick leave.
Standard 10 days PTO per year.
The number of days off never changes its very discouraging.
Their vacation maxed out at 4 weeks with 20+ years service. My previous employer provided 7 weeks PTO at 15 years, and another week at 20.
They start everyone at minimal, even experienced employees, and vacation can often be consumed by shutdowns
You have to work for the Vacation benefit quite a bit to make it worth your time to take vacation.
Less than the area at 80 hours annual.
