Santander will match dollar for dollar the first 3%, the next 2% is matched by half. To max out on this benefit you’ll need to contribute 5% to achieve the 4% max match.
Gives back almost six percent: most companies in the industry do only up to 4 percent.
I opted out of the 401K Plan.
They make good matching contributions to the 401k plan with Charles Schwab.
There 401k plan at Santander is very extensive from stocks to company shares as well as they will match you up to 5%.
