    They make good matching contributions to the 401k plan with Charles Schwab.

    There 401k plan at Santander is very extensive from stocks to company shares as well as they will match you up to 5%.

    The 401K is pretty decent but the options to put in are not great. ERISA limits this obviously but I think there are only 6 or so funds to invest in for mutual funds.
