I really did not take a long time to look into the benefit packages but there were definetely a good health option and many other options to choose from. Very flexible on the benefits and easy to custom them around your needs.

IT gets health benefits from day one.
The 401(k) is great - they match up to 6%.
Best thing is that we get an overall "Sick, vacation, personal" bank that we can use at anytime as long as we give a 48 hour notice. we get on avg 4 weeks paid time off to use and up to 6-8 weeks depending on rollover time and depending on how long you have been here.
