    Lots of options and not bad with deductibles and other costs. Vision care was very good contacts and glasses and wide network.

    Mail order is only option for maintenance meds. Service is awful, price is high, you're stuck paying for meds that were ordered incorrectly because once they ship, they are yours. If you fill a med for more than 3 times in a store, you get $0.00 coverage.

    Surprising things are not covered. My little one has a speech impediment. They denied us because he was not mentally incapacitated. The person on the phone was almost gleeful in their denial of this coverage.

    Originally very expensive and limited options were offered. Management later upgraded the plans to make them more competitive. The newer plans were acceptable.

    Benefits for their PT workers and paid time off along with STD or sick days. Did not like the choices for deductibles and premiums
