Santander just upgraded its maternity&paternity leave to 6 weeks vs 2 previously
Pretty Good, six months with an option of no pay for additional time off.

They do not work with you at all if you are a woman and have a baby, it was really disappointing.
The company offers this program, it is hard though because you are forced to use your time and your don't accrue any more while gone. I find most people return and struggle greatly with their attendance.

I was a return employee (2 years). My baby was born with a week left until I was eligible for two weeks Paternity. The company wouldn't use any of my previously credited time. And when I used my own PTO to cover the time after the birth with my family, I got constant phone calls from my boss as to when I was coming back.
I've heard is not the best but have up to 12 weeks off
