The health benefits are good, however depending on your job grade you get a certain amount of PTO and you don’t receive more per year until you’ve been with the company for 5 years. Unless of course you accept a different position in a higher job grade that offers more PTO. 401k is fair, the match the first 4%.

I really did not take a long time to look into the benefit packages but there were definetely a good health option and many other options to choose from. Very flexible on the benefits and easy to custom them around your needs.

Best was paid holidays which we had off. They offered 401K matching. Worst was the medical benefits. They had maternity leave but not paternity.
