    It was great in 2016 but now they have all your time rolled into one bucket which is not great for single parents or medical issues because it can all be gone in one week

    Vacation and Sick time is very minimal and accrues by the hour every week. This makes it impossible to plan any real away time.

    They offer vacation time off but when you request the time off it is declined over 50% of the time even with significant advanced notice!

    The current policy is very hard and confusing, they are looking to make improvements going forward. The new plan will be much better in theory, we will have one bank of time PTO, and eliminate the other 4 banks of time we had previously. They are also increasing the n umber of days off.
