“Unlimited PTO is excellent. Very understanding when sick or need to be home with sick family members.”
“very expensive, horrible coverage. Basically they made the ppo plan so cost prohibitive it forced everyone to take a horrible HSA account last year.”
“Flexibility is nice and is one reason a lot of people stick around but this varies by department.”
Con - The company does not offer a 401k match
Con - No 401k match
Benefits are bad and there is no matching 401k
large contribution from employee, spousal surcharges, expensive even for HSA, no 401k match.
The health insurance at Vitals is amazing.
standard 401K offering which is great for a smaller organization
Unlimited time off, and very flexible time off policy. You almost always get what you ask for. Also, if you're an engineer, you can work from home whenever you want and so long as no important office event is happening, you don't even have to give notice.
Love the unlimited PTO and casual dress code. Company does well providing fun extras like weekly yoga and monthly chair massages, gym membership and various activities throughout the year organized by the Vitals Fever team.
Flexible schedule, company hires based on skill - not geography, snacks and drinks.
My Holiday bonus was a Nerf gun!! Is it any wonder morale is low, there is high turnover, and there are so many positions they are trying to fill.
