What benefits package? I've never heard of such thing within this industry.
The company overall package was excellent - great healthcare and reimbursemnt for family health club expenses, perks for numerous product discounts as Sara Lee was an umbrella company for several smaller well-known companies, 41K matching was dollar for dollar.
Medical, dental, vision, 401k with a company match, flex schedules, vacation. Cost of insurances is the only con.
Very good 401k match. Good health insurance. Forty percent discount on Coach (expired several years ago). Good vacation and holiday policy.
Overall benefits very solid and comprehensive. Health insurance and 401k were the benefits I appreciated the most. I didn't think any of the benefits were bad, so I have no "least favorite."
