Company 401k match and investment choices are very good.
The best includes 401K, comp time (for engineers), HSAs. The worst includes, high deductibles, vacation days (takes awhile to accrue vacation days when comp time is not an option).
If you contribute 6% to your 401k, the company matches this 100%. That's huge. And there are a RIDICULOUS number of after work activities that are sponsored by the company. Bowling, rock climbing, softball, basketball, cycling, sailing, board games ... SO MUCH.
