Employees are encouraged to give back to the community, not only monetarily, but through community service and are allowed time off to participate. They just announced a great Military leave program for service members. And best of all their Retirement Plan includes 401(k) match, and profit sharing with the company contributing up to 13% of pay annually.
Pricey for the area--high deductible and high premiums. Stress wellness benefits--but very hard to get an appointment with the company nurse. Lots of turnover in company nurses. Vacation is inconsistent between departments; HR doesn't have a clue on who's getting what.
