Sartorius has a pretty great benefits package including but not limited to 401k, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, wellness incentives, employee discounts, parental leave, bereavement days, etc.
Car allowance is only $450 per month and does not pay for mileage. Also, you are limited by the choice of cars you can use for travel even though its your own car!!?!?!? And the commission plan is woefully inadequate for the amount of travel you do. In addition there is a $3500 per month for travel to customer sites for sales reps. Crazy
When Sartorius bought IntelliCyt they restarted all PTO/vacation/sick days over at zero. Accrued PTO was mostly paid out. Upcoming vacations were canceled. Bereavement leaves were frowned upon after that.
