You accrue at a low rate and they don't approve your time off.
The company switched from a Sick/Vacation/Holiday set up to a PTO set up last year and I lost out on 86.5 hours of pay.
The amount of hoursi need to work to qualify
The bedt thing is that it is offered
great pto more accrued as years go by and flexible with holidays and notice of time off
Could accrue a lot of time and it paid out when you resign. More years of service were really high
You get the time but if you work overtime in that pay period they take it back so they dont have to pay the overtime, work like a slave to get screwed in the end
1-6 hours earned each paycheck for PTO, depending on your job title
the worst thing is if you go p.r.n you loose it
No complaints on sick or vacation PTO
