It’s a benefit package. I don’t get all amped up about benefits
Benefits are a little behind marketplace
Comprehensive options that include health, dental, vision, 401(K), IRA, resources for navigating healthcare, financial difficulty, and relationship issues. Investment options could use some adjustment.
paid time off is a good deal for salaried employees. Max out at 4 weeks.you get 3 weeks after 5 years
Health insurance is expensive. You will pay through the nose before insurance kicks in! 401k is subpar compared to competition. Savage hides a “secret retirement plan” from the standard employee and reserves it for its “special” people. Turnover among leaders has been extremely high, so this is how they’re trying to retain leaders ( it it isn’t any better than the 401k, so it will not work).
Pretty standard package, nothing exceptional. 401k match is kind of weak, and vacation time is very stingy.
Pretty basic benefits, the usual health. Dental, vision, life, and supplemental. Costs are competitive for the area. 401k could definitely use some work.
Strong holiday/ vacation, 401K plan with company match, full selections for health and dental offerings with company subsidy.
Very happy with my benefits through Savage - great team works to keep our benefits competitive and offer meaningful fringe perks. Great package!
Very high deductible for the health insurance, it will cost you a lot of “out of pocket” money before the insurance kicks in. Don’t ask for help from headquarters....you will likely not get any!
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
