Their was no benefits package or medical coverage. They didn’t have retirement either.
There are self company. self-help insurance self 401K so if you get terminated you only get what you put in not what they matched
They'll match up to 4% on your 401k after 90 days of employment. Health insurance is the worst that I have had throughout my career: big amount of deductibles, providers will keep searching for the existence of it claiming they 'cannot find' it in the system.
The company is raising my health insurance premiums by 45% a week
Expensive for a family. Not bad for a single guy.
