“When you are hired you will get a training plan that either your manager will fill out or you will create your own training. Good Luck!”
“They switched from vacation time to accrual PTO. That's tough for a new person ”
“The dental insurance is cheap and there were a choice between 2 different coverages, but both were really reasonable. ”
The best thing was having time off becasue it was very boring
They offer good benefits but it’s only to full time employees. Part time employees are eligible for 401k after a certain amount of time, they do not I repeat do not get any holiday pay!!!
The best thing about the benefits package at Save A Lot would have to be the affordability. The choices among coverages were nice as well.
Company match for the 401K could be better than the 4% cap.
Good benefits package at Save A Lot.
Not good they did not want you to take off anytime at all and did not likely to get left alone
They paid time and a half on holidays. The insurance was not very good and did not cover very much.
Match up to 4% 401k Pto Paid holidays
401k match 4% Health insurance options are okay
