“Best thing... plenty of it! Worst thing... remembering to take it!”
Great packages offered to full-time and part-time employees. Family plans can be a little pricey.
Great benefits for a nonprofit. Family plans can be a little expensive.
very comprehensive and generous benefits especially family leave
Nothing but not benefits for fellows and further opportunities in terms of permanent assignments.
Good benefits, management always looking for ways to help staff.
Comparable, solid benefits package for a non profit
Up to an 8% match on 403b plan, vision plan is best I've EVER had (got RayBan frames and complete glasses for next to nothing!), great time off, volunteer day, fertility assistance, unheard of maternity/paternity leave, and even PET INSURANCE! This benefit team works hard, and it shows!
Pretty comprehensive benefits plan.
Great family leave benefit with 10 days a year
Benefits are good but not offered on an equal basis too all employees. Higher level employees get much better options.
Save the Children response
Actually, this is incorrect. Our benefit plans are standard across the agency... with the exception of leave, which is a bit more for executive level positions only. We DO have different offerings for International positions, but that is only because of what is available in the field... but the coverage is similar.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
