Have to wait a whole year of employment before receiving vacation time and only allowed one personal float date after employment for a full calendar year.

The longer you work there the more you can get in vacation time. The down side is you cant have it during a sale day. Such as a holiday usually spent away from work.

It's a good benifit, but I personally haven't had a good experience with actually getting paid for it on time like you're suppose to, but that's a store management issue my location has and nothing is done about

Part time and full time vacation

StarStarStarStarStar Current production in Saint Louis, Missouri

It's based upon hours worked and years worked, as a part timer I don't get too much, but I'm fairly satisfied with the time and pay I receive.

It's OK that if u are full time then you will get a week off but they never give you a chance to use it

not enough and didnt give you comp time when you worked 6 days

To few paid holiday days. I would normally expect 1 or 2 more. Vacation starts a 2 weeks a year but is not an accrual based plan. If you don't use it by year end it is lost without any payout. Several employees I know have had their planned vacations cancelled last minute and lost it due to the no rollover policy.
