“It is a great discount and it is better than any other store I have ever worked at, you won't find a better one anywhere else.”

The discount is the best! Buy items at their wholesale cost + 6% (This applies to you and your immediate family.) There are also great health benefits - you can get $20 a month for exercising 12+ times, and they contribute a good amount to HSA accounts.

Working part-time there were no benefits offered to me, but from what I had seen from the full-time people they were fairly good.

Very Affordable and family friendly. They also have a great ESOP plan!

Benefits seemed to be great if you were a full time employee. There is a employee ownership program where you obtain stock in company for your years of service. As a part time employee, I had no benefits.
