There were no benefits working for FoodFCA, a Schlotsky’s franchise.
No benefits. Only the owners are full-time, even those who work 40 hours a week, including team leaders, are paid on an hourly basis.
NO benefits what so ever.
There are no benifits in the department I work for although there may be if you work a full time job.
You have to wait 6 months for the first benefit and then a year for a second. You also have to work for over a year to get vacation benefits
They pay minimum wage and they don't give many hours.
In Longview,tx loop281,the management is very unprofessional, late to work, and bad hygiene. There are no benefits package and very little pay.
