The best is 401K and flex friday
Maternity leave is very generous. 6 or 9 weeks paid short term disability depending on delivery type. then additional 12 weeks paid, then option to take an additional 12 weeks unpaid. 6 months in total for the mother. Only 1 week given for paternity leave.
The benefits are pretty good and there are options to choose from and the prices for health, dental and vision is reasonable. 401K is not bad, but due to the downturn in the oil and gas market no profit sharing. PTO and vacation is good, but no carry overs.
