The 401K matching plus profit sharing is excellent at Schlumberger. They also offer a discounted stock purchase plan that is very competitive. Everyone starts with 3 weeks of vacation and after 7 years that goes to 4 1/2 weeks.

Group health insurance, up to 6% 401K 1-to-1 matching, accumulative vacations (15 days at most, however, field engineers don't get to choose which days to take time-off), field engineers are asked to work mostly in extreme or/and isolated environment with very short notice (within hours to 3 days).
