The benefits are very good and cover just about everything. The health insurance is pretty good but with high premiums.
401k, health insurance, internal credit union
A lot of perks were taken off after the oil & gas downturn. Insurance has been increasing 5% yearly.
Health insurance, pay vacation days and 401(K) company match are just in the regular range as other company offered.
3% matching, and 7.5% DSPP, healthcare and vision at a higher price and deductible
Good 401k bad work life balance at times
The company has good 401k matching (up to 6%), decent health insurance, and a very good vacation policy: starts at 3 weeks, goes up to 22 days after 7 years and up to 25 work days max. 7 paid holidays. Benefits have been shrinking slowly over the last few years. There is some flexibility in the work hours, but it depends on your manager and position/job function. I heard that reduced/flexible hours are possible, but it's very rare, on a case by case basis, temporary, and generally discouraged.
Starts off at 17 days vacation.
Health Insurance, 401K, and Vacation were all sufficient
Bad things are high deductible insurance, and bonus for the previous year is paid at the end of the first quarter. Good things are paid vacation, paid sick days, HSA, DSPP, 401k matching employee
