Worst thing is the healthcare gets worse every year but costs more. 401k is decent, profit sharing and stock purchase plan is great.

The company offers different health insurance plans that can be matched to the level of health related coverage that employees think/expect they will need. Although not cheap, the monthly insurance cost borne by the employee is reasonable
