Good overall benefits though the company has been cutting some of the perks during the last few years, and even new employees are getting different deals.

Good 401K company match i.e. 100% for first 6% of pay

Worst thing is the healthcare gets worse every year but costs more. 401k is decent, profit sharing and stock purchase plan is great.

Benefits are average. Used to be much better but over the years with industry downturns benefits have only reduced.

Comprehensive benefits in a varied sense. Benefits for a single are good and from what i have seen are generally much better than many other employers.

The company offers different health insurance plans that can be matched to the level of health related coverage that employees think/expect they will need. Although not cheap, the monthly insurance cost borne by the employee is reasonable
