ESOP is great, access to decent 401k and Roth 401k
They only offer pretty lackluster HSA’s
Very conscientious about raising employee contribution rates. Good coverage for medical, dental, vision, disability, etc. Flexible spending and HDHP with HSA are offered to full time employees.
HSA and ESOP contributions are generouse
ESOP contributions are consistently higher than the average market.
Schnabel is an employee owned company through it's ESOP program so can focus on employee needs.
high deductible health plans, dental, short term and long term disability. 401K with no match but will contribute profit sharing to it. Free flu shots. Free food only if they are making you attend a meeting during your lunch. Not sure if they offer paid maternity/paternity leave. Used to have flexible schedules but that has been mostly eliminated. ESOP shares awarded but can't be purchased.
