One of the most comprehensive benefits package I've seen. Up to 6% match on 401K (dollar for dollar, immediately vested)
The benefits overall is pretty good. however, the number of sick days are not separate and is included in the 15 days of paid time off which is not a great option.
401K is strong at 6%. Parental leave which started in 2018 is really great. Health insurance gives you 3 choices to pick from. Vison and Dental are average. Company will contribute to your FSA, which is also nice. There is a health program in place which allows reimbursement for health related items.
