2 weeks initially but goes up after that. Often times, managers are flexible as long as you work with them. Normal paid time off - Holydays, floating holyday.

They gave me time off for volunteering, family leave, and I got the vacation time commensurate with what I had been given at my previous job.

They offer a very fair amount of vacation but they expect that sick days be included, there are a lot of rules about how you can use your time off as far as emergency, etc. If you do not pay attention as to what category you put your requested days off you may end up sick sometime and not have any time available to take without notice.They do this to avoid abuse of time off especially when the comapny is busy but it is kind of complicated.
