Good vacation package as a whole.
Schneider Electric will offer 15 PTOs and after 3 years you will get 20 PTOs.
You get plenty of PTO, especially if you're salaried, or salaried non-exempt. It's sad that they've created a 2-class system with the PTO policy.
1-3 years you get 15 days PTO (which includes sick days), 3-5 you get 20 days, 5- 10 you get 25 days. worst thing is this time does not roll over so you either use it or lose it

they utilize a pretty standard template as far as industry practices
2 weeks initially but goes up after that. Often times, managers are flexible as long as you work with them. Normal paid time off - Holydays, floating holyday.
