You start with 15 PTO days. Once you hit 5 years you move to 20 days.
they utilize a pretty standard template as far as industry practices
2 weeks initially but goes up after that. Often times, managers are flexible as long as you work with them. Normal paid time off - Holydays, floating holyday.
