Very good benefits and 401k plans. Life, health, dental, vision, attorney services, etc. the list goes on and on.
The benefit packages are a little costly.
Benefits were good 2 weeks of vacation starting out and competitive health insurance plan
the health insurance is horrible 90 days for part-time and 60 days for full time, 6 months for part when coming to dental and i guess its 90 days for full time the health insurance for a family is horrible $587 per month for insurance plus you have to pay down your co-pay, plus you get health bucks to help pay toward your copays.. the other benefits like short and long-term disabilities may be ok but read the small print. extended life insurance policy are pretty reasonable but for intermodal they need to up the policy dangerous environment
$150.00 co-pay each medical visit and then only after you have spent 90 days with the company. Most weeks your income will not cover the co-pay. Do not believe what they try to tell you about their superior employee support....its a lie.
price of premiums go up every year (expensive) with less being covered as far as insurance goes and less selections of plans being offered
The best is that you get all the benefits and can even choose to add on more benefits while they take a percentage out of every paycheck
Ok health benefits. Only united health available. Perks like movie ticket discounts and free vision.
401 is average vacation is OK. Health Insurance is worthless . only covers very basics which does not include prescriptions. you must hit deductible of 5000 for a single person to have it cover anything . They tell you it's the best plane out there but really people know better .
